Case 1

Patient is a 41 year old mother who underwent a gastric bypass procedure and subsequently lost a significant amount of weight surrounding the hips and buttock. She underwent a buttock and thigh lift and is seen here 3 months after her procedure. The scars are immature and should continue to fade over time.

Case 2

Patient is a 42 year old African American woman who was interested in improving the size and shape of her buttock. She did not have sufficient fat to perform a Brazilian Butt Lift and elected to undergo the placement of gluteal implants. She is seen here 4 months after her procedure with improved shape and fullness of the buttock.
