Revision Rhinoplasty Gallery

Case 1

This patient is a 43 year old San Diego woman who previously underwent a rhinoplasty by an outside physician. She was left with an over-projecting tip and “scooped” appearance from the side. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty with a rib graft to help correct these issues. She is seen here 1 year from her surgery with a more balanced and “natural” appearing nose.

Case 2

This patient underwent a revision rhinoplasty after a previous surgery where a cartilage graft warped across the bridge of the nose becoming quite visible. We performed the surgery using a rib graft to help provide enough cartilage to help reshape her nose. She is seen here 1 year after her surgery.

Case 3

This patient had a previous rhinoplasty that left her with a “turned up” appearance to her nose and residual “bump” on the bridge. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty with an ear cartilage graft to help re-shape and re-position the tip. She is seen one year from her surgical procedure.

Case 4

This gentleman suffered trauma to the bridge of his nose causing a collapse of the central part of the bridge. He underwent a post-traumatic rhinoplasty to help restore both shape and function to his nose. He is seen after a year with improved shape from both the front and side views.
